Chocolate Coconut Overnight Oats with Toasted Almonds

Chocolaty oats topped with toasted coconut and almonds are a delicious way to start your day.

These hearty oats are filled with a rich chocolate flavor and loads of coconut. If you're a fan of almond joy you will love these. A great on the go breakfast for an active lifestyle.


Ingredients


1/2 cup Rolled Oats, gluten free if needed

1-2 tsp Chia Seeds

2 tsp Cacao or Cocoa powder

1 tbsp Cacoa Nibs or mini vegan chocolate chips

2 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut

pinch Sea Salt

1/2 - 3/4 cup Non Dairy Milk, preferably coconut

1 tbsp Maple Syrup or sweetener of your choice

Toasted Almonds

Toasted Coconut


Place the first 6 ingredients in an 8 oz. or larger mason jar or small glass bowl. Stir them together until thoroughly combined. Add the milk and sweetener, stir until combined. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 8-48 hours. Top with toasted coconuts and almonds and enjoy.
